Haryana Day Celebration.
To commemorate the creation of this new state, Guru Dronacharya Public School celebrated the “Haryana Day” with traditional fervor and gaiety on November 1, 2023, in the school campus. Students from Nursery to 5th grade donned Haryanvi costumes and presented various aspects of the rich Haryanvi culture. Students from 5th and 4th grade performed Haryanvi songs and dances in front of the audience. The whole atmosphere was filled with joy, and all the students were happy. Senior grades discussed the importance of this day and the responsibility we have been entrusted with the carving of this state.
The SMC member, Mr. Piyush Bansal, and the Principal, Mrs. Ashu Rathore, graced the program. The Principal explained to us about the formation of Haryana Day and how it is celebrated all over the state on this day every year in a vibrant way. She wished all the children, parents and staff well. It was an entertaining and enlightening day.
