The day that recognizes the essence of a mother, “Mother’s Day” is celebrated in high spirits and merriment on 10th May, 2023 with a great fervour & zeal in GDPS Campus.
Students put up a great show expressing their love for their mothers through beautiful songs, heart touching speeches, drama & poems.
Through their performances they told that Mother’s unconditional love, support and feeling of a security blanket around us is unmatched.
We celebrated the joy of “Motherhood” by organizing special games and activities. It saw a good number of footfalls with enthusiastic mothers in the school campus, all set to spend a memorable fun-filled day with their children.
The Pre Primary segment had a lot of engaging activities and fun games for mothers.
Mothers showed great enthusiasm in all the activities organized by the teachers whether it was the Musical Chair , passing the pillow, bucket & balls or Ramp walk with a pot, there was sheer happiness on the faces of all the mothers and children.
The winners of all the games were felicitated with titles like, “Champion Mom, Super Mom & #1 Mom”.
The mothers were thankful for organizing such a event to spend quality time with their little prince or princess.
All in all it was an enjoyable and memorable day for each and everyone which left an indubitable mark on the innocent hearts.
